　　据周二的一份文件，在年度第三批发放中，“转型奖金计划”向约250名高级员工支付了2024年目标金额的68%。相比之下，2022年比例为94%，次年为80%。

　　这些奖金旨在将高层管理人员的薪酬与花旗集团在改善风险管控方面取得的进展挂钩。该计划将薪酬与满足监管机构的要求、内部审计员审查的标准以及员工调查确定的“文化改革”挂钩。
