花旗削减特别奖金计划中的最后一轮发放金额

  在一项为期三年的特别奖金计划的最后一轮中,花旗集团削减了数百名高管的薪酬,这项计划将高管的薪酬与银行在风险和监管事务进展挂钩。

  据周二的一份文件,在年度第三批发放中,“转型奖金计划”向约250名高级员工支付了2024年目标金额的68%。相比之下,2022年比例为94%,次年为80%。

  这些奖金旨在将高层管理人员的薪酬与花旗集团在改善风险管控方面取得的进展挂钩。该计划将薪酬与满足监管机构的要求、内部审计员审查的标准以及员工调查确定的“文化改革”挂钩。
