Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) said Tuesday that its Mission Technologies division won a five-year, $147 million contract to provide engineering support for shipboard and shore-based combat training services for the US Navy.
The company said it was awarded the task order under the SeaPort Next Generation multiple award contract indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity vehicle.
The contract involves delivering full-cycle, engineering support for training systems under the U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, Dam Neck Activity. Work will be done at multiple locations in the US and abroad, the company said.
