创业集团控股(02221)发布公告，于2025年3月18日，承租人(即公司一间间接全资附属公司合肥非凡生物科技有限公司)与江苏租赁订立转让协议，据此，江苏租赁将向承租人购买租赁资产，购买价为人民币5600万元。

同日，承租人亦与江苏租赁订立融资租赁协议，据此，江苏租赁将租赁资产回租予承租人，租赁代价包括相等于购买价的本金额及其按年利率6.5067%计算的应计利息，租赁期为五年。

租赁资产包括承租人位于中国安徽省合肥市的若干餐厨垃圾处理设备及设施。
