公司公布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩显示，净利润为40.65亿元（人民币，下同），同比减少30.91%，每股基本净收益1.19元，去年同期为1.67元。派息每股0.12美元或每股美国存托股份0.36美元。

期内，净收入为934.57亿元，同比增加20.16%。主要由于新房业务净收入的增加及家装家居和房屋租赁业务的扩张。期内，毛利为229.44亿元，同比增长5.65%。毛利率为24.6%，而2023年为27.9%，主要由于贡献利润率相对其他收入来源较高的存量房业务净收入贡献占比下降，及固定薪酬成本占存量房业务的净收入的比例提高，致使存量房业务的贡献利润率下降。

截至2024年12月31日门店数量为51,573家，较截至2023年12月31日的43,817家增加17.7%。截至2024年12月31日活跃门店数量为49,693家，较截至2023年12月31日的42,021家增加18.3%。

2024年总交易额为33,494亿元，较2023年的31,429亿元增加6.6%。主要由于公司积极的增长策略和进阶的市场覆盖能力。截至2024年12月31日止年度，存量房交易的总交易额为22,465亿元，较2023年的20,280亿元增加10.8%。
