PANews 3月19日消息，据中国基金报报道，HashKey Capital 已正式获得香港证券及期货事务监察委员会（证监会）发出的第1类牌照，进一步扩展其在香港证监会监管下的业务范围与能力。目前，HashKey Capital持有第9类牌照，可向零售及机构投资者提供资产管理产品。该公司近期亦获批于相同牌照下，提供虚拟资产（VA）之投资帐户全权管理服务。此外，自去年5月起，HashKey Capital亦持有第4类牌照，允许公司提供证券及虚拟资产的投资咨询服务。
随着第 1 类牌照的取得，HashKey Capital将能够向零售和专业投资者提供介绍经纪服务，并销售及分销各类基金与结构性产品（包括虚拟资产相关基金及结构性产品）。此次新增的产品与服务主要分为三大类：①市场通道：公司可向不同市场提供介绍经纪服务，将传统金融（TradFi）客户引介至加密资产交易所，同时也可协助加密原生客户接入传统经纪商。在此模式下，HashKey Capital不会托管任何客户资产。②投资基金：除了现有的 HashKey FTSE数位资产前20指数基金及两只ETF 外，HashKey Capital将为客户提供多元化的量化投资策略，例如套利交易、CTA策略、市场中性及趋势追踪等产品。③结构性产品：HashKey Capital可为客户提供一系列结构性投资产品，包括本金保障方案、收益增强产品、二元期权、双币投资等多样化及进阶投资策略。
