【英伟达Grace Blackwell解决方案已全面投产，黄仁勋展示各厂商数据中心机架】金十数据3月19日讯，英伟达CEO黄仁勋今日凌晨在GTC2025大会上宣布，英伟达Grace Blackwell解决方案已全面投产。Grace Blackwell系列包括多个产品，如GB200和B200，这些产品采用台积电4nm工艺制造，拥有高达2080亿个晶体管。黄仁勋还展示了使用Grace Blackwell的各厂商数据中心机架，可以看到包括联想、戴尔、微软、亚马逊AWS、Meta、谷歌等。黄仁勋表示，在其Blackwell超级计算机中，大约有20辆车的零部件，以此来展示计算机的高集成度。黄仁勋还展示了Grace Blackwell NVLink72超级芯片，这个芯片已在年初的CES2025亮相过，72个BlackwellGPU集成在一个晶圆Wafer上。
