华住去年实现收入239亿元 同比增长9.2%

3月20日，华住集团有限公司（以下简称“华住”）发布2024年第四季度及2024年全年财务业绩。财报显示，2024年四季度华住实现收入60亿元，同比增长7.8%；去年四季度酒店营业额237亿元，同比增长16.5%。全年来看，华住去年实现收入239亿元，同比增长9.2%；酒店营业额928亿元，同比增长15.5%。截至2024年年末，华住在全球19个国家的在营酒店数量达11147家，拥有1088218间客房。
华住首席执行官金辉表示：“2024年，华住已达成拥有10000家酒店的里程碑，这有赖于我们强大的品牌影响力及卓越的产品品质。展望未来，我们将一如既往地执行优质酒店网络增长策略，强调以酒店品牌为核心的‘卓越服务’，并以华住会会员计划为中心提升销售能力。”
金辉表示，2024年，华住会的会员规模继续增长，截至去年年末，华住会的会员数量接近2.7亿。同时，会员高黏性、高活跃度的特征，也对华住取得稳健表现产生了积极影响。2024年第四季度，公司中央预订系统贡献的间夜量达到66.4%，同比和环比分别提升了4.1个百分点和2.2个百分点。
