消息面上，国家网信办等四部门印发《人工智能生成合成内容标识办法》，自2025年9月1日起施行。其中提到，鼓励服务提供者在生成合成内容中添加数字水印等形式的隐式标识。据了解，阜博集团是全球领先的数字资产和交易服务提供商。公司基于影视基因数字指纹和水印核心专利技术，保护数字内容资产权益。
广发证券指出，阜博集团面对变化的版权保护及交易市场需求持续升级业务，AIGC技术带来数字版权保护与交易的庞大增量空间。该行指出，考虑阜博在数字版权保护行业具备技术优势和规模领先，在美国和中国市场的客户数量及内容库渗透率不断增长，积极布局AIGC技术带来的版权保护及交易的新市场、已与英伟达达成合作。给予公司2025年4倍的PS估值，对应合理价值为5.41港元/股，首次覆盖给予“买入”评级。
