智通财经APP讯，科伦博泰生物-B(06990)发布公告，董事会决议建议选举葛均友博士为第四届董事会执行董事，选举刘革新先生、刘思川先生、赖德贵先生、冯昊先生、廖益虹女士及曾学波先生为第四届董事会非执行董事，以及选举郑强博士、涂文伟博士、金锦萍博士及李越冬博士为第四届董事会独立非执行董事。
董事会宣布李东方先生已决定退任董事职务，且不会参选第四届董事会的重选。其退任将于即将召开的年度股东大会上生效。
公司现任执行董事葛均友博士拟由公司职工以民主方式选举为第四届董事会职工代表董事，惟须经股东通过决议案批准建议修改章程以设立职工代表董事的角色，及公司职工于职工代表大会预期将与即将召开的年度股东大会同期举行上选举葛均友博士为职工代表董事。
