【重庆银行：渝富资本及其一致行动人持股比例增至23.65%】金十数据3月24日讯，重庆银行公告，近日，重庆银行收到第一大股东渝富资本发来的关于权益变动的告知函。为增强国有企业服务与保障国家战略能力，提质提速水务水利和环境基础设施建设，水务环境拟通过国有股权无偿划转方式合计取得水投集团100%的股权，从而间接取得重庆银行8.50%的股份。上述划转事项完成后，水投集团将成为渝富资本的一致行动人。权益变动前，渝富资本及其一致行动人合并持有重庆银行股份5.26亿股，持股比例为15.15%。权益变动后，渝富资本及其关联方的持股情况为8.22亿股，持股比例为23.65%。此次权益变动未触及要约收购，未导致重庆银行第一大股东发生变化。
