Decidr AI Industries Joins Forces with Amazon Web Services for Core Cloud Infrastructure, Conducts Placement

Decidr AI Industries (ASX:DAI) said that under a multi-part strategic partnership between Decidr.ai and Amazon Web Services, with the latter serving as the core cloud infrastructure provider, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

Under the partnership, Decidr's AI Business Operating System will be launched on the AWS Marketplace. Amazon's latest artificial intelligence advancements will be integrated into Decidr Agentic Software, per the filing.

Decidr also decided to launch a non-underwritten placement to raise around AU$10 million. Around 13.2 million new shares will be issued under the placement, priced at AU$0.76 per new share.

Settlement of the placement is expected to occur on March 31, and the new shares are expected to be allotted on April 1. Barrenjoey Markets and MST Financial Services were the joint lead managers and bookrunners.

It will use the proceeds to fund working capital to expand the existing customer base and scale contracts, for growth capital to acquire new partners and expand into the US, and to invest in technology.
