　　华住集团发布2024年第四季度及全年财务业绩，于2024年第四季度，该集团实现总收入60.23亿元（人民币，下同），同比增加7.84%；归属于华住集团有限公司净利润4900万元。2024年全年，该集团实现总收入238.91亿元，同比增加9.18%；归属于华住集团有限公司净利润30.48亿元；拟派发2024年下半年普通现金股息每股普通股0.097美元，或每股美国预托股份0.97美元，总额约为3亿美元。

　　公告称，2024年第四季度的酒店营业额同比增长16.5%至237亿元，而2024年全年则同比增长15.5%。2025年第一季度，华住预期收入将较2024年第一季度增长介于0%至4%，或增长介于3%至7%（倘不计入DH）。华住预期其管理加盟及特许经营收入将较2024年第一季度增长介于18%至22%。于2025年全年，华住预期开设约2300家酒店，并关闭约600家酒店。
