智通财经APP讯，中国建筑国际(03311)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，营业额1151.07亿港元，同比增长1.2%;股东应占溢利93.61亿港元，同比增长2.1%;每股盈利基本1.86港元;拟派末期股息每股28.5港仙。
在过去的一年中，集团敏锐观察外部经济环境变化，坚持科技赋能的差异化竞争战略，全力以赴拓市场、稳经营，在多方面交出靓丽答卷。集团在港澳斩获一大批标志性项目，市场地位更加稳固，内地业务继续向高能级城市集中，幕墙业务再攀世界难度高峰。集团着重加强现金流管控，全年经营性现金流流入20.07亿港元，投资性现金流流入11.37亿港元，近三年来现金流改善的成果得到充分巩固。
中国香港、中国澳门及中国内地于年内仍是集团的核心业务及主要贡献项目，分别占集团营业额的35.7%、7.6%及52.5%。于香港及澳门，集团着重公共及私营建筑业务，进一步以持续的强劲表现巩固业内的领导地位。于中国内地，集团主要专注于建筑相关投资项目，其强大的业务执行力及客户满意度造就其庞大规模。中国建筑兴业集团有限公司及其附属公司主要专注大厦外墙工程承包业务。此上市附属公司目前由独立管理团队管理，故视为集团的独立业务单元。
