Australian Unity Investment Real Estate Limited, as a responsible entity of Australian Unity Office Fund (ASX:AOF), has agreed to defer the settlement date for the sale of the 2-10 Valentine Avenue, Parramatta, New South Wales property to late April from late March, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The property is being sold for AU$80.5 million. The purchaser has paid an additional cash deposit and compensation for the delay, per the filing.
