TEMPO.CO, JakartaThe government has provided a list of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) that will join the Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency (Danantara), during a closed-door meeting with the Commission VI of the parliament on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.

House Commission VI member Darmadi Durianto confirmed that the government has submitted the list to the DPR. "Indeed, they’re included in the SOEs records,” Darmadi told Tempo on Thursday.

According to the meeting document obtained by Tempo, these state-owned enterprises are divided into three categories: Limited Liability Company (PT Persero), Publicly Listed Company (PT Persero Tbk), and Special Task Force (SKK) and others.

Currently, the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises is preparing a government regulation (PP) that will govern the transfer of shares from state-owned enterprises to BPI Danantara, or inbreng. The regulation is targeted to be completed before the end of this month.

Deputy Minister of State-Owned Enterprises and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Danantara, Dony Oskaria, stated that the inbreng regulation was also discussed during a closed-door meeting with the parliament. "We have prepared the transfer regulation, and earlier we consulted with the DPR on this matter," said Dony on Wednesday.

According to Dony, the government aims to complete the inbreng before the general meeting of shareholders (RUPS) of several state-owned enterprises, which will take place soon. "God willing, the transfer will be completed before the RUPS. Some RUPS will be held at the end of the month, so we are optimistic," he said.
