消息面上，美兰空港发布年度业绩，全年实现营业收入21.71亿元，同比增长4.09%；归属于母公司股东的净亏损为3.81亿元，同比扩大180.46%。分业务看，航空业务收入同比增长10.93%至10.81亿元；非航空业务收入同比下降1.91%至10.9亿元，其中，特许经营权收入同比下降18.49%至5.07亿元。
华泰证券指出，24年公司流量继续爬坡，但仲裁案赔偿使得营业外支出录得3亿，拖累盈利。中长期仍看好自贸港建设红利，公司处于产能爬坡周期，与樟宜中国成立合资公司运营若干非航业务，有助于提升流量变现能力，并发挥经营杠杆作用，盈利有望回暖。维持“买入”。
