（记者 田智钢 通讯员 贾丽娟）在丰台区大红门街道南苑路5号，总建筑规模9.7万平方米的大红门数智产业大厦升级改造项目，拆除工作目前已经接近尾声。记者了解到，此前这里是以服装经营为主要业务的福海国际大厦，设计为地下四层、地上九层，于2024年年底启动整体更新改造。
