BlockBeats 消息，3 月 22 日，据官方消息，比特币矿企 Riot Platforms, Inc. 宣布全资子公司 Whinstone US, Inc. 与 Rhodium Encore LLC 签署潜在收购条款。
根据条款，交易完成后，Whinstone 将向 Rhodium 提供总计 1.85 亿美元，其中包括：（i）1.299 亿美元现金；（ii）610 万美元返还 Rhodium 的电力保证金；（iii）4900 万美元 Riot 股票，这些股票的定价将基于交易完成前最后 10 个交易日的成交量加权平均价格。
作为达成交易的交换，Rhodium 将转让位于 Rockdale 设施的所有有形资产，包括所有 ASIC 矿机，并将在交易完成后三个工作日内腾空该场地。此后，Riot 将立即接管 Rhodium 在 Rockdale 设施的 125 MW 电力容量及现有运营资产，从而使整个 Rockdale 设施的电力负载都用于自用。Whinstone 和 Rhodium 还将撤销所有现有诉讼，包括任何上诉，并放弃与交易完成无关的所有未来索赔。
