格隆汇3月21日丨天玺曜11(01010.HK)公布，根据其对集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的未经审核综合管理账目的初步评估及董事会现时可得资料，集团预期将于报告期间录得亏损不少于1.87亿港元，相比截至2023年12月31日止年度的亏损约4640万港元。
基于可得最新资料，报告期间的预期亏损主要由于若干关键因素：(i)受当时宏观经济环境及香港经济下滑的严重影响，集团游艇业务的销售额下降；(ii)根据适用会计准则确认的存货及应收款项减值亏损；及(iii)于报告期间向第三方提取新贷款以支持集团的运营，导致利息支出增加。
