路透3月21日 - 两家公司周五表示，雅虎已签署协议，将其拥有20年历史的科技新闻网站TechCrunch出售给媒体投资公司Regent。
TechCrunch是一个受欢迎的在线平台，提供有关全球科技公司、初创企业和企业家的新闻和分析，是Verizon Communications VZ.N（包括雅虎）的媒体资产之一。
2021年，私募股权公司阿波罗全球管理公司（Apollo Global Management，APO.N）以50亿美元的价格收购了这些媒体资产，随后将合并后的资产更名为雅虎。
