智通财经APP讯，天玺曜11(01010)发布公告，集团预期将于报告期间(截至2024年12月31日止年度)取得亏损不少于1.87亿港元，相比截至2023年12月31日止年度的亏损约4640万港元。
公告称，报告期间的预期亏损主要由于若干关键因素：(i)受当时宏观经济环境及中国香港经济下滑的严重影响，集团游艇业务的销售额下降;(ii)根据适用会计准则确认的存货及应收款项减值亏损;及(iii)于报告期间向第三方提取新贷款以支持集团的运营，导致利息支出增加。
