智通财经APP讯，WAI KEE HOLD(00610)发布公告，于2025年3月21日，公司全资附属公司创仑有限公司(作为借款人)、公司(作为担保人)及五间独立第三方香港持牌银行(其中一间银行兼任银团贷款人的代理及受担保方的担保代理)就 5.7亿 港元的定期贷款融资订立融资协议，该定期贷款融资的最后到期日为动用融资日期起计48个月(或60个月(倘若融资协议项下的延期选项生效))届满当日。
