智通财经APP讯，盛业(06069)发布公告，根据其于2024年5月21日采纳的股份计划，公司于2025年3月24日向特定合资格人士授出合共25.958万份购股权，以每股12.88港元认购公司于联交所上市的普通股，但须待承授人接纳购股权后方可作实。该等承授人已被选定为盛业合伙人计划下的合伙人，相关授予该等承授人的购股权占其2024年度盛业合伙人计划下分派奖金的20%。
