PANews 3月24日消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，巴巴多斯监管的保险公司 Tabit Insurance 筹集了 4000 万美元的保险资金，全部由比特币支持，用于开展传统保险和再保险业务。该保险公司由现已关闭的加密货币交易所 Bittrex 的前高管成立，计划提供以比特币支持的公司董事和高管责任保险（D&O），并以美元定价。该保险公司于今年 1 月成立，拥有巴巴多斯金融服务委员会颁发的二类保险执照。
