本报讯（付佳男 记者刘楠 李民峰）近日，肇州县与云南希康生物科技有限公司、海南亿倍达国际贸易有限公司，就年产500吨CBD生物制药项目和肇州县英歌物流园建设项目正式签约，两个项目计划总投资11.5亿元。

近年来，肇州县一直全力以赴支持投资企业在本地发展壮大，营造企业安心投资、专心经营、全心发展的良好环境。对于此次项目签约，肇州县相关部门表示，将尽快组建工作专班，为项目落地提供全过程、全方位、全周期的优质服务，帮助企业解决项目建设过程中遇到的困难和问题，切实推动签约项目早日开工、早日建成、早日达产。

据了解，年产500吨CBD生物制药项目，计划总投资4.5亿元；一期投产后，预计年产量达到150吨，实现产值2.25亿元，利税5000万元；项目二期建成全线运行后，产能达到500吨，总产值可达7亿元，年均利税2.5亿元。英歌物流园建设项目，计划总投资7亿元，项目共分为两期，项目正常运转后，年可实现销售收入1亿元、税收1000万元。
