1407 ET - Nike's inventory is a priority for management, "with aggressive marketplace clean up actions expected to continue through 1H26," Morgan Stanley says in a research note. But, the analysts believe it could be necessary for even longer. While they say they appreciate bulls' positioning of innovation/new product heat as the key performance indicator to gauge turnaround success, they think the volume of targeted categories will be insufficient in offsetting the classics/lifestyle pressure expected.
