智通财经APP讯，中国水业集团(01129)公布，于2025年3月24日，该公司与印度尼西亚诗都阿佐县地方政府订立谅解备忘录，内容有关就于诗都阿佐的一处填埋场实行填埋气发电系统的潜在合作。
诗都阿佐为印度尼西亚第二大城市泗水旗下行政区，总人口约为220万。该项目垃圾体量每日约700吨，预计可发电规模3兆瓦，实现年发电量约2,400万千瓦时，每年碳减排量约90,000吨。是项合作将充分利用填埋场的填埋气资源，通过先进的发电技术将其转化为绿色清洁能源。该项目将为当地及周边地区提供电力支援，减少温室气体排放，实现资源的循环利用和环境的可持续发展。
与诗都阿佐县政府签订谅解备忘录乃该集团继首个位于三宝珑的绿地发展项目后，在印度尼西亚市场推广及拓展填埋气发电业务的另一项重大成就。董事会认为，是次合作对集团而言实属良机，可加强集团拓展印度尼西亚市场及发展海外绿色项目的信心，预计改善集团的财务表现及提高股东回报，因此符合集团及股东的整体利益。
