中化新网讯 3月17日，杜邦公司宣布，现任杜邦电子与工业部总裁乔恩·肯普将担任未来独立电子公司的首席执行官（CEO）。在杜邦完成电子业务分拆后，他还将加入该公司的董事会。未来，这家独立电子公司将成为一家专注于半导体和电子行业的全球材料和技术解决方案领导者。

此外，艾万拓公司总裁兼首席执行官迈克尔·斯塔布菲尔德将在分拆完成后担任独立电子公司董事会主席。杜邦计划为未来的电子公司招聘一位首席财务官，候选人需具备在上市公司中的卓越业绩记录。

杜邦公司于今年1月15日宣布，计划于11月1日完成电子业务的分拆。此次分拆无需股东投票批准，但需满足一系列常规条件，包括获得杜邦董事会的最终批准、从法律顾问处获得税务意见、向美国证券交易委员会提交并使10号注册声明生效、获得相关监管批准以及顺利完成融资等。
