3月23日，首创环境（03989）发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的全年业绩公告。公司报告显示，收益为36.67亿元，同比下降10.06%。这一减少主要是由于在建项目转为商业运营后相应的建造收入减少，以及拆解项目停业导致的收入锐减。尽管如此，公司的毛利率却有所上升，从34.02%提高至35.7%，这主要得益于部分项目公司垃圾处理量增加和发电效能提升，固定成本分摊减少。
在管理层讨论与分析部分，提到公司整体业务缩减，建造、危废、环境治理工程等收入降幅较大，导致归属于母公司股东的净利润为2.34亿元，同比下跌约17.96%。公司在财务报表附注中提到，金融及合同资产减值损失显著增加，这反映出公司在财务管理上的压力，特别是在合同资产和应收账款的管理上。
