智通财经APP讯，佳华百货控股(00602)发布公告，预期集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度将有可能取得年内亏损介于人民币5400万元至5800万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度的年内亏损约为人民币1.526亿元。
截至2024年12月31日止年度预期年内亏损减少，主要由于：(i)分租商场物业的租金收入增加约人民币2500万元;(ii)使用权资产，物业、厂房及设备及无形资产减值损失减少净额约人民币2700万元;(iii)其他应收款减值损失减少约人民币3600万元;(iv)精简销售及分销成本及行政开支分别约人民币2300万元及人民币800万元。
