智通财经APP讯，比亚迪股份(01211)公布，2025 年 3 月 24 日，公司召开的第八届董事会第十六次会议审议并通过了《关于审议公司利用自有闲置资金进行委托理财的议案》，公司及公司控股子公司拟使用自有闲置资金在银行、证券公司、基金公司、保险资产管理公司等金融机构购买安全性高、流动性好、中低风险的理财产品或债券产品，资金总额不超过人民币 600 亿元，授权使用期限自董事会审议通过之日起十二个月内，在上述额度内，资金可以滚动使用。
