智通财经APP讯，未来世界控股(00572)发布公告，预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度，公司将取得溢利约1300万港元，而同期则为亏损约1.52亿港元，主要是由于公司收入由同期的3900万港元增加至报告期间的约8500万港元，原因为报告期间开始酒店营运及配套业务以及租金收入及物业管理收入增加;于报告期间，按公平值计入损益的金融资产公平值变动增加约2900万港元，而同期则为减少约5500万港元;拨回其他应收款项的信贷亏损拨备约2300万港元，而同期拨备其他应收款项之信贷亏损拨备约1200万港元;报告期间其他借款重大修订的收益约6500万港元;及拨回应收贷款及利息的预期信贷亏损由同期的约300万港元增加至报告期间的约1200万港元所致。
