智通财经APP讯，CWT INT'L(00521)发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日止年度集团将由持续经营业务取得不少于3亿港元的除税后溢利，与截至2023年12月31日止年度持续经营业务的约5800万港元除税后溢利相比，增幅不少于400%。
公告称，集团于2024年12月31日止年度除税后溢利中的预计增长主要是由以下原因共同影响所致：(1)物流服务业务分部除税前溢利的增加，主要归因于货运物流业务利润的提升，受益于FCL(整柜装运)货运量的增加以及相对较高的海运运费;(2)商品贸易业务分部除税前溢利的显著增加，主要归因于铜精矿和金精矿贸易利润率的显著提升;(3)利息收入大幅增加;及(4)一间在美国参与房地产投资的有限合伙企业的非上市股权投资的公允价值亏损，按公允价值计入损益计量及记录于上一财政年度。截至2024年12月31日止的财政年度并未记录此类公允价值亏损。
