路透悉尼3月24日 - 澳洲政府本周将公布年度预算，预计将结束罕见的连续两年盈余重返赤字，因总理阿尔巴尼斯向家庭提供财务帮助以增加连任机会，且全球风险则给经济前景蒙上了阴影。
澳洲财长查默斯在周二发布第四份预算案之前表示，这份预算案将“负起责任”，其中以有针对性的生活成本措施为重中之重。
“这是一份关注生活成本的预算，同时确保我们的经济在面对全球经济不确定性时更具韧性，”查默斯周日在电视采访中说道。
支出增加意味着，在连续两年盈余后，2024/25财政年度将再次出现预算赤字。
但分析师预计，赤字不会像政府在12月年中经济预测中首次提出的269亿澳元那样大。与全球其他国家相比，澳洲的债务与GDP之比仍然相对较低。
澳新银行预计赤字为200亿澳元，AMP预计为170亿，而澳洲联邦银行$(CBA)$预计为225亿。 (完)
