智通财经APP讯，安能物流(09956)发布公告，公司董事会获公司执行董事、联席主席兼首席执行官秦兴华告知，于2025年3月24日，秦先生已于公开市场上购买合共10万股公司普通股股份，总代价约为80万港元(平均价格约为每股股份8.00港元)(“增持事项”)，占于本公告日期公司已发行股份总数约0.009%。增持事项(由秦先生推动)充分体现联席主席对公司未来前景的信心以及对于公司持续发展的支持。
据秦先生告知，其对集团的业务前景及增长充满信心。在符合适用的法律及监管要求的情况下，秦先生不排除会在适当时候通过于公开市场上购买额外股份进一步增持公司股权的可能性，总代价不超过2000万港元。
