消息面上，深圳高速公路股份公布年度业绩，2024年度营业收入92.46亿元，同比减少0.53%；期内实现归母净利润11.45亿元，同比下降50.80%。董事会拟派末期息每股每股0.244元。
公告称，营收下滑主要由于益常公司自2024年3月21日起不再纳入合并范围、部分风场项目风资源波动和弃风率有所上升、贵龙房开项目本期交房数量同比减少、以及委托建设与管理项目本年度完工，收入同比减少等所致。利润下滑主要为年度公司联营企业联合置地房产开发收益大幅减少、集团计提资产减值准备增加等所致。
