香港投资管理公司与恒地(00012.HK) 主席李家杰旗下芯片研发公司赛昉科技启动战略合作。
财政司司长陈茂波视像致辞称，以开源架构为进路的RISC-V的迅速发展，将大大加快芯片行业的变革，令各业界充满期待。RISC-V架构的特点，结合香港的优势，可为产业共创、国际合作和人才培育带来新高度。当开源语言大模型例如DeepSeek的应用愈趋普惠和灵活，把它与RISC-V的开源芯片供应与使用结合，将意味成本大降，灵活度大增。
港投公司首席执行官陈家齐表示，港投和赛昉将合力推进香港RISC-V产业的发展，赛昉亦承诺与香港大专院校共同打造联合实验室；与上下游企业建立联合创新中心，探索RISC-V在香港的落地应用；设立香港研发团队，同时开放实习岗位，为香港创造更多就业机会，并优先考虑香港为上市地点。(su/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-03-21 12:25。)
