路透伦敦3月21日 - 两位消息人士称，中国联想控股3396.HK正在探索各种方案，包括可能出售其持有的卢森堡国际银行（BIL）的90%股份。
消息人士称，在香港交易所上市并持有中国计算机制造商联想(Lenovo)部分股权的联想控股正与高盛合作，探讨与这家卢森堡历史最悠久私人银行有关的各种方案。由于讨论过程保密，消息人士要求匿名。
其中一位人士称，如果出售，BIL的估值可能在25-30亿欧元（27.1-32.5亿美元）之间。
该位人士补充道，选择之一是将该银行的零售和财富管理部门分开出售。
BIL和高盛的发言人拒绝置评，而联想控股则没有回应置评请求。(完)
