智通财经APP讯，郑煤机(00564)公布，公司近日收到控股股东泓羿投资的通知，获悉泓羿投资将持有的公司部分 A 股股份质押给中信证券股份有限公司，用于办理股票质押式回购交易，该业务的初始交易日为 2025 年 3 月 20 日，购回交易日为 2026 年 3 月 20 日，质押数量为6000万股股份。
本次质押后，泓羿投资及其一致行动人累计质押公司股份1.21亿股，占其合计所持公司股份的 35.40%，占公司总股本的 6.78%。
