消息面上，晶苑国际发布2024年度业绩，该集团取得收益24.7亿美元，同比增加13.42%；公司拥有人应占溢利2亿美元，同比增加22.64%；每股基本盈利7.03美仙，拟派发末期股息每股19港仙及特别股息每股5.5港仙。上年同期派末期息13港仙。
值得一提的是，晶苑国际此前获纳入港股通名单。国泰君安近期研报指出，对标九兴，晶苑国际短期估值提升空间较大，看好中长期发展。九兴与晶苑均具备订单增长确定性较强、利润率改善，以及低估值、高股息特征，目前晶苑(8x)估值对标九兴(10x)仍存在较大提升的空间，看好入通后晶苑基本面及估值提升。
