智通财经APP获悉，保诚(02378)绩后涨超3%，截至发稿，涨2.69%，报80.25港元，成交额1614.11万港元。
消息面上，3月20日，保诚发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，新业务利润增加11%至30.78亿美元。经计及利率及其他经济变动的影响，新业务利润大致持平，传统内含价值新业务利润亦增加11%;经调整税前经营溢利增加10%至31.29亿美元，经调整税后经营溢利增加7%至25.82亿美元。
保诚CEO Anil Wadhwani(华康尧)于全年业绩发布会上称，集团正评估分拆ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited上市的可能性，当中涉及部分减持保诚持有的该公司股份，而此计划将要视市场状况、必要的批准及其他考量因素而定。保诚计划于此项减持完成后，将所得净收益回馈予股东。但未说明如何回馈股东，及预计何时完成分拆上市。
