Province Resources (ASX:PRL) met the conditions for listing on the National Stock Exchange of Australia (NSX) and will be quoted on the NSX on Mar. 24, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company also met the ASX's delisting conditions, which will occur on Friday, the filing said.
