智通财经 APP 获悉，近日，香港证监会向持牌法团发出内部监控措施指引，针对未获客户预先缴足资金的新股（IPO）认购，要求持牌法团应向客户收取最低相当于认购金额 10% 的预付认购资金。富途证券创办人、董事长李华在传媒午宴上对此表示，新指引对于一些即将来港上市的焦点新股的发行本身不会产生影响，但可能会在一定程度上影响投资者的认购热情。
富途证券董事总经理谢志坚在谈及新指引推出后，香港新股市场此前出现的逾 1.8 万亿港元认购额是否会成为历史时表示，不敢断言。他认为，或许未来会出现一只极为热门的新股，受到投资者的极度追捧，从而使得认购金额再度刷新纪录。他认为，该指引的推出或许是因为部分投资者在认购新股时使用了过高杠杆，所以出台这样的指引并非坏事。
