新世界发展(00017.HK) 与招商蛇口(001979.SZ) 共同发展的北部都会区首个“PAVILIA COLLECTION”大型商住项目，今日(21日)举行动工仪式。项目将提供约2,300伙住宅，并将设有商场，总楼面面积逾110万平方呎。项目可与新田科技城创科产业发挥协同效应，加快释放农地价值。
新世界发展执行董事兼首席执行官黄少媚表示，集团目前在北部都会区拥有1,400万平方呎土地储备，动工仪式标志着集团在北部都会区发展踏入重要里程碑，未来会继续透过不同途径，加快释放农地价值。该些土地储备不少位处优质地段，毗连新田科技城等发展枢纽，集团会积极引入战略合作伙伴，进行前瞻性布局，实现优势互补，进一步提升整体发展潜力，加快资金回笼。
