快科技3月21日消息，据报道，特斯拉CEO马斯克在本周四在德克萨斯州奥斯汀举办全体员工大会，给员工打气。

会上，马斯克表示，“如果你看新闻，会觉得就像世界末日一样，我每次从电视机前走过，都会看到一辆特斯拉着火了。如果你不想买我们的产品，我可以理解，但你不必把它烧掉。”

不过，马斯克也强调，尽管特斯拉遇到了“艰难时刻”，但大家仍应“继续持有”股票。

据了解，随着马斯克领导的“政府效率部”，引起更多人的抗议，美国各地出现了众多攻击和破坏特斯拉车辆及门店的行为。特斯拉除了销量下滑，其展厅和超级充电站也成为了抗议的中心。

此外，截至今年3月17日，特斯拉股价自去年12月17日高位收盘以来下跌超过50%，市值已蒸发超过7000亿美元。2025年3个多月时间，特斯拉股价下跌逾40%，致使马斯克的财富净值缩水超过1000亿美元。

而美国的特斯拉车主也遭受到了波及，因为示威行为愈演愈烈，一些极端抗议者，无差别打砸、纵火、喷漆特斯拉车辆。

本月18日，拉斯维加斯发生特斯拉汽车遭枪击纵火事件，导致至少5辆特斯拉汽车被烧毁。

为此，一些特斯拉车主甚至为爱车更换车标，或者在车位粘贴“我实在马斯克发疯后买的车”车标，以此表明自己的态度，避免被殃及。
