Orora (ASX:ORA) repurchased 431,724 fully-paid ordinary shares in an on-market buyback for AU$862,196, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
UBS and Jarden acted as the broker for the transaction.
It plans to buy back a maximum of 134.3 million shares under the program.
