中国水业(01129.HK) 公布，于3月20日与印尼三宝珑县地方政府就位于三宝珑的填埋场管理潜在合作订立谅解备忘录，合作范围包括但不限于利用填埋场的填埋气发电、填埋场的营运及管理，以及渗滤污水处理。
集团表示，三宝珑县政府于废物，尤其是填埋场管理方面面临多重挑战，需即时解决环境、社会及营运事宜。凭借集团的竞争优势、资源及专业知识，是次合作旨在通过先进的填埋气发电技术及渗滤污水处理工艺，充分利用填埋场的废物资源，实现资源回收利用及环境的可持续发展。若合作得以落实，将成为集团于海外市场的首个全新发展项目。(gc/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
