路透社3月24日 - 丹麦制药商诺和诺德NOVOb.CO已获得中国联合实验室国际3933.HK减肥候选药物的全球开发、生产和销售权，交易价值高达20亿美元。
这家中国投资控股公司周一表示，作为与联合实验室子公司签订的许可协议的一部分，诺和诺德将支付2亿美元预付款，并在完成某些开发和销售里程碑后支付最高18亿美元。
据估计，未来十年全球肥胖症治疗市场价值将达到1500亿美元，目前主要由诺和诺德（Novo Nordisk）的Wegovy和礼来（Eli Lilly）的LLY.NZepbound等GLP-1类药物主导。
联合生物技术公司表示，该公司将保留候选药物UBT251在中国大陆、香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区的权利。
