智通财经APP讯，复宏汉霖(02696)公布，根据指引，公司董事会已于2025年3月24日审议并批准关于建议实施H股全流通的议案。于取得所有相关批准(包括中国证监会备案及联交所批准等)及符合所有适用法例、规则及条例后，拟参与本次H股全流通的股东所持有的部分或全部公司非上市股份将转换为公司H股，并在联交所主板上市及买卖。根据公司的公司章程，H股全流通或转换及上市毋须于股东大会上取得公司股东批准。
于本公告日期，公司尚未就H股全流通或转换及上市分别向中国证监会及联交所提出申请，且H股全流通的实施计划详情亦未最终确定。
