PANews 3月22日消息，据PRNewswire报道，纳斯达克上市比特币矿企Riot Platforms, Inc. 宣布已签署一份不具约束力的条款清单及和解协议，其全资子公司Whinstone或将收购比特币矿企Rhodium Encore LLC在Rockdale矿场拥有的特定资产。按照条款，Whinstone将向Rhodium提供总计1.85亿美元的对价，包括1.299亿美元现金、退还Rhodium的电力保证金610万美元、以及价值4900万美元的Riot股份，Rhodium则将转让位于Rockdale矿场的全部有形财产所有权，包括所有ASIC矿机等。Whinstone和Rhodium还将各自撤销所有现有诉讼，包括所有上诉并放弃未来与交易完成无关的索赔。
此前消息，Rhodium于去年八月根据美国得克萨斯州南区破产法院第11章申请自愿破产，披露了高达1亿美元的债务，并于12月以4060万美元出售其Temple矿场，但其大部分矿机主要托管在Rockdale矿场。去年12月，一群投资者对Rhodium创始人提起集体诉讼，指控其存在欺诈行为，通过隐瞒关键信息和进行自营交易故意误导投资总计3300万美元。
